Client:
Hourbike

Hourbike is the largest bike share scheme outside of London, with bike networks up and down the country.

Clients include local councils, business parks,
hospital sites and universities. Bike share seeks to encourage people to take the greener, quicker and more cost-effective option of a bike rather than a car for short journeys.

Projects

Branding of bikes for various schemes throughout the country and producing advertising panels where required.

Creating signage to show maps of schemes
and details.

Solutions

Mudguard vinyls produced using white base vinyl printed using latex roll fed machines, overlaminated with anti graffiti laminate and profile cut to suit a selection of guard styles.

Branding of frames printed across two methods, the first being as above and an alternative created for the dark framed bikes that required the use of white inks. These were produced using our Arizona UV printer onto a clear self adhesive, some schemes required white text others in colour that was then printed over the spot white base to achieve the desired opacity.

Information signage needed to be weatherproof, two sided and robust. These are produced at 800 x 375mm portrait, printed Latex onto 5 year vinyl, gloss laminated and mounted both sides of an aluminium composite board.

“I work with the guys at Impact for our big print needs, because not only is the pricing right, but they are always great at problem-solving a project, and the service is exceptional.
They make my job a lot easier”
